What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing disappears. Your gardens, plans and journal stay exactly as you left them — you can still open, print and export every one of them. Only editing stops until you subscribe. We will not lock you out of your own work.
Why is there no monthly plan?
Gardening runs on a yearly cycle. You plan in winter, sow in spring and harvest through summer, so a monthly subscription would have you paying for months you never open the app — or cancelling and losing your thread. One annual price covers a whole season.
Is there an AI assistant?
Not today, and nothing on this page depends on one. We are building one, but its shape and its price are genuinely undecided, so we would rather leave it off the price list than sell you an intention. When it ships we will say plainly what it costs, and subscribers will hear it first.
Will the price go up?
It may, as the planner grows. If a change would affect you we email you at least 30 days beforehand, and it only ever applies from your next renewal — never to a period you have already paid for. Not wanting the new price is a perfectly good reason to cancel.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing page — it opens Stripe’s own portal. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your plans become read-only. You are never charged for a period you did not choose to start.
How do you handle my card details?
We never see them. Payment is handled end to end by Stripe; the app only ever learns whether a subscription is active.
